Q: What is your Refund/Replacement policy ?

  Postcard Printing

 A: Orders can be cancelled prior to us starting design work on postcards or downloading data for for list purchases with 100% refund.

1. Once we have started design work on a postcard advertising campaign but card has not yet gone to print there will be a 20%  cancellation fee. Once postcard proof has been approved by client and gone to print there is a 40% cancellation fee and client is liable for shipping costs to send finished postcards to their location. No order will be printed without a signed "Ok to Print" form   

   

    No refunds can be given after mail date.

   

Mailing Lists

A:. Due to the reproducible nature of mailing and telemarketing lists we deliver via e-mail, disk or other media, no refunds will be given. Make 100%   sure the criteria on invoice is correct. No changes can be made after we receive signed invoice.

   We guarantee a 95% deliverable rate on all mailing lists.. Any returns for bad addresses greater than 5% will be replaced two   records for every bad address. All list with phone numbers are run monthly against Federal Do Not Call list.  All information is updated monthly for accuracy.

Telemarketing

100% refund if order is cancelled beofre calling data is purchased. 75% refund if cancelled before we start dialing. 50% refund if we have been dialing for 2 or more days and less than 50% of order has been

delivered.  If we have completed more than 50% of order.. there is no refund on order cancellations.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept check, check by fax/phone, Visa, MC and Discover. No AMEX

   

  If you use a reward card, our merchant fee goes up to over 4%. We will charge you an additional 2.5% or subtract it from the back end of your mailing or deduct it from the total number of records in your mailing list or deduct the appropriate amount of leads from a lead generation order.


Q: How long will it take to receive a mailing list ?

A:  We ship or e-mail the same day funds become available.


Q: How long does it take for my Postcards to be delivered from time we sign invoice?

A: Once you Ok a draft and sign an Ok to Print Form, it takes 7 business days for your postcards to be printed and addressed. We mail as soon as postcards are addressed.

4x6 postcards take 3-5 days to deliver to consumers from mail date.

6x9 postcards take 7-10 days to deliver.


Q: Can we use our own mailing permit to mail postcards ?

A:  Yes...we print your mailing permit number in upper corner of card instead of ours.


Q:   Can we divide the 5000 cards and have the fronts printed differently ?

A:  All 5,000 cards must be the same on the front side (color and laminated side) of the card. If you want different backs, we can usually do that for you for an additional charge. Call your sales representative for more information on this.


Q:  Can we use our own mailing list for direct mail campaigns?

A.   Of course. We will send postcard to any mailing list you supply. We offer NCOA address uppdate if the list is more than 6 months old. And we will deduct the cost of your mailing list from our all inclusive pricing in those cases.


Q: How long does it take to get a telemarketing campaign started?

A. Usually the next week after we receive signed invoice and payment. Sometimes we are overbooked and it takes two weeks to start.
